PrioNet Canada is organizing a series of conferences on Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) with the support of The National Prion Disease Pathology Surveillance Center and the Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease Foundation based in the United States. This year's event is incorporating the CJD Foundation Family annual conference. CJD 2008 brings together international and North American researchers along with health care professionals to exchange pertinent and timely information regarding CJD surveillance, diagnosis, and treatment.

Abstracts [Abstract Form]
There will be a poster session. For poster presenters and speakers, we encourage you to submit an abstract using the abstract submission form in Microsoft Word (right click the link to "Save Target As..." and download file). Send completed forms via e-mail to Michelle Wong at mwong@prionetcanada.ca. The abstract deadline is June 20.
Registration [Registration Form]
Registration is now open. The registration deadline is June 15.
Rates [Payment Form]
The early bird registration rate is US$150 before June 5; $175 after June 5*.
Registration payment must be paid to the CJD Foundation Inc. Please complete the payment form (Adobe PDF) and mail or fax this to the CJD Foundation along with payment as indicated on the form.
*Refunds are available for cancellations made before June 15, 2008, but include less a $25 administration fee. No refunds are available after June 15, 2008.

Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Washington Court Hotel (525 New Jersey Ave NW) by calling 1-800-321-3010. Please refer the CJD Foundation in order to obtain the conference rate of your choice, pending availability:
